Blueberry Mousse

If you cant tell we have been trying a lot of vegan mousse recipes lately. We are in love with the smooth texture and sweetness you can make while still being vegan. The last mousse we had was tofu and for this recipe we used avocados, giving it the creamy texture! Try this one for dessert and you will not be disappointed.


What You Need:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut/almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
  • dash of cinnamon
  • splash of lemon juice
  • dash of sea salt

Blend all above ingredients in blender and serve with fresh mint or basil!
