- 5 nectarines, sliced
- 7-10 ripe peaches, sliced
- 1 pound of pitted dates
- 3 cups of pecans
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 8″ x 1 3/4″ Tart pan (ceramic or metal with removable bottom will work)
For the crumble crust: in a food processor combine dates, pecans and cinnamon. Make sure and set aside 1 cup of dates and 1 nectarine for the drizzle.
For the drizzle: blend 1 cup of dates and 1 nectarine in the food processor with a dash of cinnamon.
To put together: Cover the bottom of the pan with the crumble crust, and then add a layer of sliced peaches. Add a second layer of crumble crust followed by a layer of nectarines. Add the nectarine drizzle and your ready to serve!
