Vegan Pumpkin Cheesecake smoothie

How are you celebrating National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day? We are drinking pumpkin cheesecake smoothie’s. They are simply to make, vegan and oh so delicious. Who doesn’t love a food holiday everyday? Make one with us and celebrate this fun “national holiday”.


What you need:

1 cup organic pumpkin
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 ripe banana
1 tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 of ice

Get Makin:

Blend together and top with our spicy nut mix.
