Cocoa trail mix bites

Going nuts for cocoa-nuts, over these trail mix energy bites. We both love chocolate and any excuse for a healthy chocolate treat, we’re there. These sweet and salty treat are great for on the good and the nuts can keep you full, while the chocolate gives you a boost of energy. Totally tasty and nutritious.

Vegan, Gluten Free

What you need:
cocoa powder
coconut oil
pistachios, diced
dried mango, diced
pumpkin seeds
walnuts, diced
dried cranberries

Get Makin’

  • Mix coconut oil with Cocao powered until smooth
  • Place onto wax paper and let them set
  • add your toppings
  • Freeze them for 2-6 hours
  • Enjoy!
