Purple cabbage spinach orange smoothie

Enjoying Black Friday? We are enjoying family time in the dessert, healthy food and fun in the sun. Having a purple cabbage smoothie for lunch to help detox from too many sweet potatoes yesterday. Purple cabbage is high in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. The combination of purple cabbage and oranges help fight off colds, which surprisingly I may have caught one on the flight here. Drinking juice everyday to heal!

Get makin:
1 handful spinach
1 handful purple cabbage
1 banana
1 orange
1 cup coconut milk

Blend and enjoy!
