Looking for something fun to make for friends this Friday!? Homemade guac with quinoa chips!! I could eat this any time of year, even on a rainy Seattle day!
This recipes makes enough for 2 people, double if you want to share.
What you need:
1/2 onion, chopped
1 handful cilantro, leaved and chopped
2 cloves fresh garlic, diced
1 tsp Healthandus seasoning
Chop all ingredients are described, throw into a bowl and chop together.
